Fresh and glowing skin is a wish of every woman many methods they do to get results yet sometimes it’s disappointing. Here are some simple ways of using as well as drinking to get 100% glowing skin. You should also take good care of your skin on a daily basis to wash it. Take enough sleep and drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily. These are some common beauty tips which are necessary for our skin.
1. Glow Mask
Take 2 Strawberries or Cherries, two tablespoons of Yogurt, ½ teaspoons of Multani Matti, and ½ teaspoons of Lavender oil or jasmine oil. Mix all things well and apply on your face. Let it dry, and spray rose water on face to clean it.
2: Glow Mask 2
Take one Tomato and make a paste of it. And two tablespoons of Honey, a pinch of Camphor (kaafoor), and two tablespoons of Rose water. Mix all everything well and apply on face for 15 minutes. Use twice a day for a perfectly fresh and glowing skin.
3: Tea for Glowing Skin:
Take one teaspoon of Green Tea, 1 or 2 Spinach leaves, 2 to 3 Cloves, honey to taste, and 1 cup of Water. Add all ingredients into the water for 5 to 8 minutes. Filter tea and drink once a day & get a glowing skin.
4: Drink for Glowing Skin
Take one cup of warm Milk, one teaspoon of Kewra, 2 or 3 crushed Almonds, two crushed Pistachios, 2 to 3 Raisins, a pinch of Saffron, 1 Silver pepper, one teaspoon of Rose water. Mix all ingredients into warm milk and drink once a day. You would see the results.
5: Beauty Soap:
Take two tablespoons of Almond powder, two tablespoons of Rose petals (dried), 10 gm. of Vitamin E soap flakes; ½ cup of Rosewater, one tablespoon of Glycerin, ½ cup of Hot water, and 3 to 4 drop of Lavender oil/ jasmine oil/ rose oil. Mix all things to combine well. Pour it into a bottle plus keep in the freezer for three days. After that use it as your soap. And this will make your skin fresh and glowing as well.
