IHC bars private schools to stop charging fees for summer vacations; whether they are situated in the capital city or other federally administered areas. The court sends for the chairman Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (PEIRA) and the secretary Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD). The court ordered the schools to adjust the already collected fees for the months of June and July.
Petition against Fees for Summer Vacations
An appeal is filed through a local citizen at IHC in contradiction of the private schools’ run-through of charging fees in the course of vacations.
