“Nutright is the first mobile app from Pakistan which provides you fitness solutions at home. You don’t have to to go to a gym, or nutritionist, or doctor,” Majeed explained. “Pakistan is the ninth most obese country, and I also struggled obesity. I began my fight against obesity in 2014, and after dropping 55 kilogrammes I took the idea of developing a tech-based solution for Pakistanis to help them to fight obesity,” he stated.
The app helps you to track the progress of your weight loss, your diet, daily water intake, and your meal plans, exercise routines, and other personalised fitness solutions. Moreover, the app is now available for all Android phones, and you can download it from Google Play store. However, Majeed tells an Apple iOS version is also developing and will be available shortly.
